This is the first message in our 6 weeks series called “Grateful.” During the message we’ll explore the topic of gratefulness, and how cultivating gratefulness in our lives personally and as a community has the power to transform lives for the better. Join us at 10:30 a.m. each Sunday morning.
Instead of having a GPS each week of this series, you are invited to keep a gratitude journal. Along with the journal, each day there are readings offered for you to use as you keep the journal. These readings are short so that you might use them as prayer. Try repeating them a few times. Then sit a minute and reflect on the phrases or words that seem to jump out at you. After reflecting, take a few minutes each morning, and each evening, to jot down 2 or 3 things for which you are grateful.
